  1. TXT2DIR converts text listings of files which
  2. have filenames and descriptions on each line,
  3. but no file dates or sizes.  An example of
  4. this format can be seen on the Phoenix 5 CD
  5. in the various *.LST files.  By supplying
  6. this program with the name of the *.LST file
  7. to be converted, the DIR file to create, the
  8. path to locate the actual files in the
  9. listing, and the column for the description,
  10. it will convert the *.LST file to a DIR file.
